Jason Teal

Jason Teal possesses extensive experience in various leadership and problem-solving roles across different industries. Currently serving as a Problem Solver at Nova Farms since April 2022, Jason also founded Change The Play Inc in May 2013. In addition, Jason is the CT State 3rd Vice President of the NAACP, dedicated to promoting equality and eliminating discrimination. Jason's previous positions include President of Sales and Marketing at 8&9 MFG. Co., where oversight of wholesale and brand initiatives is crucial, as well as roles at Outlaw Media and Clear Channel Communications, where a focus on account management and marketing coordination was essential. Jason's career in media began with several positions at Clear Channel Radio, progressing from intern to Account Executive. Educationally, Jason is an alumnus of Hampton University.
