Billy Gerard Frank

Billy Gerard Frank is a lecturer at Yale University specializing in Directing and Projection Design. In addition, Billy also serves as a visiting lecturer in Filmmaking and Media Arts at UCLA Extension. As the founder and creative director of Nova Frontier Film Festival & Lab, Billy is dedicated to enhancing and supporting filmmakers and artists from various cultural backgrounds. With a Bachelor's Degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, Billy has a strong foundation in the arts and continues to make a significant impact in the film and media industry.
