Olena Ikonnikova

Olena Ikonnikova has extensive experience in B2B sales and marketing. Olena currently holds the position of Head of B2B Sales at Nova Poshta Global since May 2020. Prior to that, they founded ikonnikova.consulting in 2018, where they helped businesses increase their B2B sales through consulting and training programs. From 2015 to 2018, Olena worked as the Head of B2B Marketing Department at Vodafone Ukraine, where they were responsible for marketing strategy and product ownership. Olena also held various managerial roles in sales and customer service at FIDOBANK, Volia, Farlep-Invest (Vega Telecommunications Group), MTS Group, and Golden Telecom Ukraine.

Olena Ikonnikova completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business/Commerce, General from MIM-Kyiv Business School in the year 2000. Olena then pursued a Post Graduate course in Thermal Physics at the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF UKRAINE. Additionally, Olena obtained a Bachelor's degree in Thermal Physics Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.

In terms of certifications, Olena received the "ISO 20700:2017 Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services Training" from CMC-Ukraine in September 2022. Olena obtained the "B2B Foundations: Social Media Marketing" certification from LinkedIn in May 2021. Olena also holds the certification of "Certified Business Trainer" from Isaak Pintosevich Systems, which they obtained in September 2019. Moreover, they completed several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Consulting Foundations" and "Consulting Foundations: The Concept of Value", both obtained in May 2019. Olena is also a certified Service Designer from the Service Design Academy, which they achieved in November 2018. Additionally, they received the "Marketing in digital world" certification from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in October 2018.
