Cole Davis SMS, CHST, STS-C is a seasoned safety professional with over 19 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Safety Director at Nova Group, Inc. since June 2012, Cole has previously held positions as Safety Manager at Watts Constructors from July 2008 to April 2012 and as Safety Engineer at Hensel Phelps Construction Co. from August 2004 to September 2007. Cole obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Safety and Health Management from Central Washington University, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2004, after graduating from Central Kitsap High School in 2000.
