Rebecca Frecks

Rebecca Frecks has diverse work experience in the education and construction industries. In 2015, they began their career as an Elementary School Teacher in the Olathe School District, where they demonstrated outstanding performance and received a nomination for the Kansas Horizon Award. Rebecca taught in a title 1, ELL building and was responsible for compiling, organizing, and analyzing classroom data for multiple students. In 2021, Rebecca transitioned to the role of MTSS Educator Support Specialist within the same district. In this position, they supported teachers and administrators in the implementation of new curriculum, conducted data analysis for multiple buildings, and delivered professional development sessions for district staff. Most recently, Rebecca joined Nova Group, GBC as a Project Manager for Construction Services in 2022.

Rebecca Frecks has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Emporia State University. Rebecca then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction, which they completed in 2018. In 2019, Rebecca continued their education at Emporia State University and obtained a Master of Science in Educational Administration.
