Olafur Magnusson currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at NOVA Iceland, leading a team focused on transforming the Icelandic telecom market. Prior to this role, Olafur was the Director of Global Technology & Delivery at Creditinfo Group, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 130 staff in software development and operations, and implementing a global change program. Olafur also held the position of CTIO at Creditinfo Iceland, managing IT development, operations, business intelligence, and information security. Previous experience includes roles at Siminn, where Olafur was Director of Business Support Systems and Business Intelligence Manager, as well as positions at 3 and OZ.COM in configuration management and business intelligence. Olafur holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Háskóli Íslands.

Nova var stofnað í maí 2006 og í lok mars 2007 fékk Nova úthlutað 3G rekstrarleyfi. Þann 1. desember 2007 opnuðum við svo dyrnar að Stærsta skemmtistað í heimi.
