Petra Fijavž Podjed

Petra Fijavž Podjed has a vast work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Petra started their career at Metro trgovska družba d.d. in 2010, where they served as the HR and General Affairs Manager for over 6 years. In 2017, they joined Kariera d.o.o. as an HR Financial Analyst for a few months before transitioning to Nova KBM d.d. Petra held multiple roles at Nova KBM d.d., including HR Manager from September 2017 to April 2018, Head of Department from April 2018 to July 2022, and ultimately became the Director of HR Processes and Administration from July 2022, the role they currently hold.

Petra Fijavž Podjed attended the Faculty for Organisational Sciences from an unknown start year until 2011, where they obtained a VII degree in Organisation and Management.
