Loro Chichportich has extensive experience in technical support and quality assurance within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Technical Support Manager-T3 at Lumos Global since August 2019, Loro leads a 24/7 technical support team across multiple territories, including Nigeria, Ivory Coast, and Israel, while developing testing processes for a large customer base. Previously, as a QA team leader at Logic Industries Ltd. from September 2012 to April 2018, Loro managed a team conducting functional and performance testing for homeland security systems. Earlier experience includes a role in the Engineering Department at Comverse from April 2005 to January 2012, where Loro defined testing protocols and built infrastructures for billing products.
