Bas Van Steijnen is currently the CRO at Nova Marine Carriers. Bas has over 15 years of experience in the energy and commodities trading industry. Prior to joining Nova Marine Carriers, they held various positions at ICAP, Bunge, Castleton Commodities International, Constellation, DELTA Energie, and Reliant Energy. Bas has a proven track record of success in managing risk and maximizing profits.

Bas van Steijnen is originally from the Netherlands and has a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam. Bas also has a Master of Laws - LLM in Maritime Studies from London Metropolitan University.
