Jillian Brunaccioni is a Junior Accident Benefit Claims Adjuster at Nova Mutual Insurance Company since May 2022, following a role as a Commercial Lines Account Assistant at HUB International from June 2021 to May 2022. Jillian's experience also includes serving as a Sr. Specialty Claims Assistant at Aviva Canada from April 2019 to June 2021 and as a Customer Experience Representative at Indigo between March 2016 and March 2019. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from McMaster University, completed in April 2019, and is pursuing a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada, expected completion between July 2020 and 2023.
