Ken Worsley

Ken Worsley currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Nova Mutual Insurance Company since September 2022 and has been a Board Member of the Canadian Farm Builders Association since September 2019. Previously held positions include Director of Farm at Wawanesa Insurance, focusing on strategic objectives and customer experience from August 2020 to August 2022, and Account Executive, VP Agri-Commercial at Cowan Insurance Group from 2019 to March 2020, leading the launch of a national Agri-Commercial Industry Practice. Ken Worsley also served as Division Vice President for Agri-Business, Transportation, and Risk Services at Economical Insurance from January 2013 to March 2019 and was instrumental in growing gross written premiums as a Business Development Manager in the Western General Division from July 2011 to January 2013. Their career began as a Commercial Field Underwriter at Economical Insurance from June 2004 to July 2011. Ken Worsley holds a degree in Fire Protection Engineering from Seneca Polytechnic (1989-1991).
