Nova Orbit Advisory Pvt Ltd is the investment and advisory arm of Orbit Staffing Innovision Pvt Ltd — a 20+ year global recruitment and business consulting group founded by Col. Ishwar Singh (Retd.). Built on a legacy of entrepreneurial execution, cross-border networks, and deep sectoral insight, Nova Orbit represents the group’s next-generation evolution: backing and building India’s most promising SME and MSME businesses.

Based in Hyderabad and structured like a modern family office, we combine institutional-grade diligence with a “phygital” research model — blending ground-level industry intelligence with structured financial analytics and machine-aided screening.

Our mandate goes beyond deploying capital. We partner with founders holistically by offering:
Equity investment into high-potential SME/MSME businesses
Capital-raising support, including investor outreach and deal structuring Pitch-deck creation & storytelling to help founders present compellingly to investors
End-to-end investor relations for ongoing communication and trust building
Hiring & organizational support, leveraging our global recruitment backbone

Our capital is long-term, thematic, and aligned with India’s transformation toward a top-3 global economy by 2047. We work with ethical promoters, scalable business models, and sectors riding structural tailwinds — compounding not only capital but conviction.

At Nova Orbit, we don’t just track tailwinds — we underwrite them early and help founders harness them.
