Tracey Elvin MBA's work experience includes:

- From April 2023 to present, they serve as the Chief People Officer at Nova Pangaea Technologies.

- From December 2022 to May 2023, they were a Business Owner.

- From January 2021 to January 2023, they worked at Hive HR as a Business Executive and People Leader, where they identified, developed, and led strategic initiatives to align the business strategy with a people strategy. Tracey was accountable to the board for the achievement of the people strategy.

- From March 2019 to January 2021, they were the Global Head of Organisational Effectiveness at MAYBORN GROUP LIMITED.

- From April 2009 to March 2018, they owned their own company, TRACEY ELVIN CONSULTANCY LIMITED, where they provided strategic HR and operational expertise to large corporate organizations and supported SMEs with general HR guidance. Key clients included Virgin Money, Sage, Draeger UK and Ireland, Formica, and Northumbria University.

Tracey Elvin MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northumbria University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the University of Sunderland from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Business. In their earlier education, Tracey attended Prudhoe County High School from 1983 to 1988, where they achieved 8 O'levels in various subjects.

Additionally, Tracey has obtained Level A&B certification in occupational testing from The British Psychological Society.
