Shafeek Seddiq

Shafeek Seddiq has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shafeek started their career at Sidley Austin, LLP as an Associate, from June 2004 to December 2005. Shafeek then worked at their own firm, Seddiq & Associates, P.C., as President and Attorney at Law from December 2005 to August 2008. Shafeek then served as an Advisor to the Attorney General at The Attorney General Office of Afghanistan from August 2008 to May 2009. Shafeek joined the International Development Law Organization as Country Director from June 2009 to November 2011. Shafeek also held the position of President at Afghanistan Justice Organization (AJO) from November 2011 to January 2020. From June 2018 to January 2020, they worked as a Subject Matter Expert at Tetra Tech DPK. Shafeek then pursued a legal career as an Attorney at Seddiq Law Firm, PLLC from January 2020 to October 2023. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at NOVA PATIENT CARE, starting from May 2023. Throughout their career, Shafeek has demonstrated a passion for healthcare optimization, legal compliance, and enhancing patient care delivery.

Shafeek Seddiq obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, from the years 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from Post University, from 1988 to 1992.
