Pumla Fente

Pumla Fente currently serves as the Associate Dean of Operations at Nova Pioneer, a role held since April 2017, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a school-wide operations vision in collaboration with the leadership team, alongside managing all campus operational matters. Previously, Pumla was a Senior Associate Front Office Administrator and Executive Assistant, responsible for administration across executive members and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior experience includes working as an Admissions Associate at SACAP, where management of student portfolios and marketing efforts were key, and as a Student Advisor at Pearson Institute, focusing on undergraduate recruitment. Pumla's career began at FNB South Africa as a Customer Service Consultant and Team Leader Assistant, gaining diverse skills in customer service and departmental operations. Pumla is currently pursuing a Certificate in Information Technology, Business Management, and Computer Programming at Richfield.
