A M has held various positions in the past decade. In 2009, they began working at Devon Environmental & Engineering as an Accounts Receivable, Office Manager, and IT Support. In this role, they implemented office procedures such as Project billing, collection, lien processing, contracts, release of liens, payments, and insurance verifications. They also maintained the company website, troubleshot hardware and software issues, and implemented IT solutions. In 2011, they joined Zevuloni & Associates as an Information Technologist where they created and implemented all processes to perform within a fast-paced Call-Center using softphones, performed Human Resource tasks such as the hiring, interviewing, and training of new employees, and troubleshot hardware and software for all computers and peripheral devices. They also provided multimedia and web design materials to the Marketing department. In 2013, they began working at Nova Point of Sale where they advanced through increasing scope and responsibility which required cross-functional abilities. They developed, implemented, and adapted processes and customer satisfaction procedures to meet company goals for customer retention and revenue increase. They collaborated inter departmentally with senior managers and staff to identify upselling opportunities, train new employees, update employee training materials, and ensure compliance to all company regulations and initiatives. In 2018, they joined AtlasKPI- The Practice Management Dashboard as an Account Manager. In 2019, they began working at Preste Medical as a Medical Assistant.
A M attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale from 2000 to 2002, where they received a degree in Multimedia & Web Design. Prior to this, they attended American Heritage from 1992 to 1998.
