Nova RealFi — Real estate credit infrastructure for the global diaspora.
Every year, millions of diaspora professionals across Europe and North America reach the same wall: they have the income, the savings, and the ambition to own property — but the financial system wasn't built for them. Foreign income gets discounted. International assets are invisible. Credit histories don't cross borders.
This is not a risk problem. It is an infrastructure problem.
Nova RealFi is building the credit infrastructure that makes diaspora real estate lending possible at scale — powered by USDC and stablecoin settlement. By operating on dollar-pegged digital currency, we eliminate the friction of cross-border transfers, reduce FX exposure, and enable near-instant disbursement to borrowers and partners anywhere in the world. No correspondent banking delays. No opaque currency conversion. Just clean, programmable money moving at the speed the diaspora actually lives at.
We develop proprietary credit assessment frameworks, structured collateral models, and institutional partnership architecture that allow qualified diaspora borrowers to access mortgage financing on fair terms — settled in USDC, compliant by design.
Founded by Frédéric Nagalingum — a real estate and financial services professional with nearly two decades of experience in mortgage brokerage, wealth management, and proptech — Nova RealFi is built on a simple conviction: diaspora borrowers are not high-risk borrowers. They are mis-assessed borrowers. Build the right framework, and the economics change entirely.
We are actively engaging with investors, institutional partners, and senior talent who see the structural opportunity at the intersection of diaspora financial inclusion and stablecoin-native lending infrastructure.
The credit layer diaspora homebuyers have never had. Built on USDC.
