François Barbellion

François Barbellion is a partner at Nova Reperta. Prior to joining Nova Reperta, François was the director of the Lean Transformation programme at Euroclear from September 2008 to November 2011. François has also worked as a principal/senior manager at Arthur D. Little from May 2004 to August 2008 and as an advisor to the COO and CFO at SG Securities from January 2001 to September 2002.

At Euroclear, François was in charge of steering the roll out of the Lean Transformation Programme for all corporate, support and IT functions. François led teams of internal consultants and assisted management to implement this new managerial DNA across the firm.

At Arthur D. Little, François focused on assisting international organizations implement strategic and operational change programs. François was responsible for business development, client relationship management, leading cases and managing multi-cultural teams of consultants and clients. François was also a core member of the recruiting team.

As an advisor to the COO and CFO at SG Securities, François advised on strategic and operational issues.

François Barbellion has a MBA in Strategy & Finance from London Business School, a civil engineer degree in Civil engineering from Grenoble INP - UGA, and a gold medal in Music (violin, piano, orchestra) from Janson de sailly.
