François Delfosse

François Delfosse is a co-founder and partner at Nova Reperta, where since June 2011, innovative strategies have been developed to enhance businesses' performance across various sectors. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Lean Transformation at Euroclear, focusing on process improvements in the financial services industry, and as a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company, where work involved private equity, growth strategy, and turnaround programs. François began a consulting career at Altran, specializing in team performance and project management in the telecom and electronics sectors. François holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with Great Distinction from Université catholique de Louvain.
