Ella MacNeil

Ella MacNeil, CPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Manager of Employee & Labour Relations at Nova Scotia Health Authority since September 2018, Ella has also held the positions of Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Director at organizations such as CLEANTEK Industries Inc. and Alberta Health Services. With a solid foundation in human resources management, Ella began their career as an HR Professional at SMS Equipment Inc. and progressed through roles including Human Resources Manager at Terracon Geotechnique Ltd. Academically, Ella holds a Master of Business Administration from Cape Breton University and a B.A. in Social Science with a focus on Sociology from the University of Calgary, along with a Human Resources & Labor Relations Certificate. Currently pursuing a Master in Adult Education at St. Francis Xavier University, Ella continues to advance professional knowledge and expertise in the field.
