Aimée White

Aimée White is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Nova Scotia Power since July 2023. Previously, White held the position of Senior Consultant for Executive Recruitment at Royer Thompson and served in various roles at Solutions for Kids in Pain, including Managing Director and Director of People & Partnerships. White's background also includes leadership positions at The Dallaire Institute for Children, Peace and Security, where responsibilities included Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the Founder & Executive Director. Additionally, White has experience in career coaching, executive recruitment, and language instruction, along with a history of consulting for the United Nations and UNICEF Canada. Aimée White holds a Master's degree in Political Science (International Relations) from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from St. Thomas University.
