Halim Abou-Dib

Halim Abou-Dib is an experienced professional in the field of cyber security and IT education. Currently serving as the Enterprise Cyber Security Operations Lead at Nova Scotia Power since July 2022, Halim previously held the position of Senior Analyst Cyber Security. Prior to this role, Halim worked as a faculty member focused on IT Systems Management and Security at NSCC from September 2019 to July 2022. Additionally, Halim contributed to the College of the North Atlantic - Qatar as the Lead Instructor for the School of Information Technology from October 2005 to August 2019, where responsibilities included course development and student advising. Earlier career experience includes roles at EastLink, ranging from Residential Long Distance Billing System Administrator to Technical Support. Halim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Notre Dame University-Louaizé and further education from Dalhousie University.
