Mitchell Spence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and cost analysis within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Nova Scotia Power, Mitchell Spence oversees a portfolio of over 50 accounts encompassing major electricity consumers across various industries. Previously, as a Cost Specialist, Mitchell Spence developed essential cost management tools and conducted economic analyses to support renewable energy initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, where Mitchell Spence played a critical part in managing the $145 million Holdom Overpass project, and as Project Engineer for the City of Vancouver, collaborating on multimodal transportation infrastructure projects. Mitchell Spence holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador.
