Cecilia Jufors has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of finance, logistics, and project management. Currently serving as a Biologisk Controller and previously as a Logistikkoordinator at Nova Sea AS since February 2021, Cecilia has also contributed to Joker Lovund as a Butikkmedarbeider and Vigner Olaisen AS as a Prosjektleder focused on community and destination development on Lovund. Earlier roles include an Økonomi Controller position at Nova Sea AS from 2011 to 2019, alongside various positions in customer service and hospitality. Cecilia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Sweden, earned between 2014 and 2017.

Nova Sea AS is one of the largest salmon farming companies in Northern Norway. The administration and industrial facilities are situated at the island of Lovund in the Municipality of Lurøy. All harvest and packing is accommodated here prior to distribution into our domestic and international markets. The founders of Nova Sea were amongst the pioneers in the farming of Atlantic Salmon in the early 1970s. There was a good deal of trials and mistakes in the beginning of what became a long and exciting fairy-tale. The will to try out innovative solutions and carry out numerous of experiments has through 50 years developed Nova Sea into the company it is today.
