Dhaivat Raval

Dhaivat Raval is an experienced Information Technology Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong background in software testing and quality control. Currently serving at Nova Southeastern University since November 2019, Dhaivat evaluates software changes and documents testing results. Prior to this role, Dhaivat worked at Amazon from July 2016 to January 2020, focusing on quality maintenance of robotic systems and enhancing their performance through automation and manual testing. Dhaivat also has experience in customer service as a Front Desk Manager at Hilton Garden Inn and in quality control at C-Tech Industries. Dhaivat holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering from Nirma University and has further education from Seneca Polytechnic.
