Eileen Petzold-Bradley

Eileen Petzold-Bradley, PhD, serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Nova Southeastern University's H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship, where Eileen enhances critical thinking and innovation skills among undergraduate students. In addition to this role, Eileen works as an Engagement and Outreach Specialist in the Human Resources Division, driving initiatives that improve employee experience and strengthen organizational culture. Eileen possesses extensive experience in conflict resolution, having served as a faculty member and graduate research assistant at NSU Halmos College of Arts and Sciences and holding a PhD in Conflict Resolution Studies. Previous roles include senior instructional designer at the University of Miami, educational outreach coordinator at BRDGES Academy, and founder of EP Bradley Coaching, specializing in conflict resolution and intercultural communication. Eileen's educational background includes a PhD in Organizational Conflicts from NSU and advanced degrees in Urban & Environmental Planning and International Studies.
