Kim Sand

Kim Sand serves as the FNP and DNP Program Director at Nova Southeastern University’s Tampa Bay Regional Campus since August 2020, while also holding the position of Assistant Professor and Clinical Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles as Clinical Provider and Director of Clinical Practice at Turning Points FL from June 2018 to April 2024, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida from January 2018 to August 2020. Kim Sand has also worked as a Wellness ARNP at Healthstat, Inc. and has a robust clinical background, having served as an ARNP with Dr. Carlos Arias and USHealthworks. The early career included a position as an Occupational ARNP at Pfizer. Educational achievements comprise a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Florida, a Master of Science in Nursing Practice from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cedarville University.
