Robert “Bubba” Baroniel

Robert “Bubba” Baroniel currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Athletic External Affairs at Nova Southeastern University, focusing on revenue generation, marketing, and promotions. With extensive experience in athletics management, Baroniel has held positions including Coordinator of Revenue Generation and Business Development at Lynn University and Assistant Athletics Director for Athletics Communications. Previous roles include internships at the University of Miami and the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with leadership experience in the National Student Athletic Advisory Committee. Baroniel's educational background includes a Master’s in Educational Counseling and Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, Baroniel has experience as a professional baseball player with the Normal CornBelters.
