Sergio Guzman, Ph.D., currently serves as a Peer Reviewer for the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and holds the position of Business Sales Manager at Ivoclar Vivadent AG since October 2010. Additionally, Sergio Guzman is an Associate Professor of Research and Statistics at Nova Southeastern University since January 2018. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Disputes Resolution, Vice President of Business Travel Operations, Vice President & General Manager of Consumer Travel, and Vice President of Merchant Services at American Express from 2000 to 2010. Sergio Guzman earned a Ph.D. in Educational Evaluation and Research from Nova Southeastern University between 2011 and 2016 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Leadership from the same institution in 2009-2010.
