Bernard (Jessie) James is an experienced professional in contract management and logistics, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Nova Systems Australia and New Zealand since January 2023. Prior to this role, Bernard held the position of Director KC-30A at the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group, where responsibilities included managing Through Life Support and training contracts, as well as fostering collaborative partnerships with contractors.
