Eric Dale

Eric Dale is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and legal roles across various industries. Currently serving as General Counsel & Company Secretary at Nova Systems Australia and New Zealand since May 2019, Eric has also held significant positions at NEC Nova Employee Company and The Nova Group of Companies, where responsibilities included group legal management and participation in audit and risk committees. Previous roles include acting VP of Commercial and Legal at Cobham Aviation Services, Legal Counsel at Australian Rail Track Corporation, and Associate at Thomsons Lawyers. Eric holds a Graduate degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and studied at Harvard Law School, as well as earning a Laws degree with Honours from the University of Adelaide.
