Jiyo Mathew Johnson

Jiyo Mathew Johnson is a seasoned professional in instructional design and digital training, currently serving as a Digital Adoption Training Coordinator at Nova Systems Australia and New Zealand since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Learning Designer at Health Partners from May 2022 to April 2024, and as an Instructional Designer at Cara Inc from November 2020 to March 2022. Jiyo also developed training resources at smallprint resources in 2016 and contributed as an e-Learning Developer and Technical Writer at Sigma-Aldrich between May 2013 and July 2015. Earlier experience as a Lead Instructional Designer at Wipro Technologies from November 2006 to April 2013 involved client interaction and course development. Jiyo holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
