Bente General is the Founder and CEO of Nova Talent, a team of experts in finding the best talent in the market with deep networks and markets mapped. They previously worked as a Recruiting Leader at Amazon from 2017 to 2022, where they built and led a team in Product and Design recruitment and later joined the Marketing Team they had been recruiting for. From 2008 to 2017 they were Director, Strategic Accounts at Kforce, leading a team of recruiters, serving as Client Leader for a top account, and transforming that account from last place to first place. They have acted as a Startup Advisor for various startups since 2017. They earned a BA in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida (2001–2006) and an MBA from the University of Central Florida (2006–2008).
