Matthew Frost has extensive experience in training and education, currently serving as an Apprenticeship Delivery Coach at Nova Training since June 2021. Previously, Matthew held roles including Customer Service Trainer at Gecko Programmes Ltd and Apprentice Development Coach at GTG Training, achieving a 100% apprenticeship completion rate with notable distinctions. Matthew also has a background in functional skills tutoring and worked as a freelance assessor across various training programs. With a solid foundation in management from a tenure as Managing Director at JSF Assessments Ltd, Matthew's early career in the military as a Warrant Officer and Instructor provided valuable skills in training and leadership.
