Olena Drozd-Koroleva began their work experience as a Multimedia Specialist at Multimedia Service Center in November 1998. Olena then moved on to work as a System Administrator at Technische Universitaet Kaiserslautern in January 1999. Subsequently, they worked as a Freelance Translator (EN, DE, RU, UA) while being self-employed from January 2009 to January 2011. Later on, they served as a Lecturer at Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University from an unspecified time in 2007 to 2014. In 2018, they became an Independent Researcher. Most recently, they have worked as a Volunteer at Nova Ukraine from March 2022 to October 2023, after which they assumed the role of Partner Development and PM Lead at the same company in October 2023.
Olena Drozd-Koroleva earned their PhD in Mathematics, with a focus on Algebra, from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2006. Prior to that, they studied Mathematics and Biology at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau from 1998 to 2000.
