Jeff Neal

Jeff Neal brings over 30 years experience as a financial professional. Prior to joining the Nova team he served as CFO for several northwest home-grown businesses, including Teufel Landscape (the largest commercial landscape construction company in Oregon and Washington), Stone Bridge Homes/ Venture Properties (a top 10 Oregon home builder and land development company), TCM (now Southland…one of the largest commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in Oregon and Washington) and Rodda Paint (a leading manufacturer and distributor of paint and supplies throughout the northwest). Beyond his deep finance experience, Jeff’s background also includes serving as Teufel’s VP of Operations, ushering in a period of tremendous growth and operational success; as well as experience selling financial securities and providing both personal and business financial planning. Jeff graduated from Brigham Young University and in 2018 Jeff was recognized by the Portland Business Journal as CFO of the year.
