Jorge Pardillos

Jorge Pardillos is a Product Manager GenAI at Nestlé since April 2020, where responsibilities include leading the strategic development and global implementation of generative AI solutions, managing a multidisciplinary team to create AI-driven products aligned with business goals. Previously, Jorge served as a Senior Data Scientist, overseeing analytics projects and pioneering NLP applications to enhance brand perception and customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at Banco Sabadell, where advanced ML techniques were applied in marketing and predictive analytics, and at IBM, focused on developing deep learning solutions with Watson Technology. Jorge also mentors aspiring data scientists at MentorCruise and is an active member of Nova Talent. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Modelling for Science and Engineering - Data Science from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Universidad de Zaragoza.
