Rita Branquinho Lobo

Rita Branquinho Lobo has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Head of Legal Affairs at Novabase since March 2008 and also holding the position of Vogal não executiva do Conselho de Administração. In this role, Rita oversees a diverse practice encompassing employment law, litigation, intellectual property, and transactional matters in technology, including software licensing and outsourcing. Additionally, since June 2017, Rita has been the Head of Legal at Celfocus. Previously, Rita worked as a lawyer at several firms, including AZEVEDO NEVES, BENJAMIM MENDES, BESSA MONTEIRO, CARDIGOS & ASSOCIADOS, and ABREU, CARDIGOS & ASSOCIADOS, providing legal advice on various aspects of employment law. Rita holds a law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and has completed executive education focused on responsible business at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
