Eric Desrosiers

Éric Desrosiers has been involved helping successful Canadian entrepreneurs achieve their strategic objectives for more than 20 years as a Senior Investment Banker and Investor. He holds CPA, CA and CBV designations.

Prior to joining Novacap in 2019, Mr. Desrosiers was Managing Director and Head of Quebec Investment Banking for a major Canadian investment bank for 12 years where he was responsible for overseeing the origination and execution of financing and M&A transactions mostly for TSX listed Canadian companies. Between 1997 and 2006, Éric worked with 2 other major Canadian investment banks. Between 1993 and 1997 Mr. Desrosiers worked with a leading international accounting firm.

In 1994, Éric cofounded Tootelo Innovation, a fast growing 200 employee Montreal region-based technology solutions provider mostly to the healthcare and real estate sectors. Éric has been a significant shareholder and member of the Company’s Board since 1994 and has been actively involved in several strategic initiatives including more than 20 acquisitions.

Mr. Desrosiers is also Chairman of the Board of Logibec, a leading Canadian healthcare software solutions provider as well as Lead Director of Cofomo, a fast-growing IT consulting firm based in Montreal.
