Marcus's professional background includes serving as Head of Global Customer IT Services at KWS Group from 2014 to 2018, and an earlier role as Assistant to the CEO at Sartorius from June 2006 to December 2007. Marcus began a career at IBM as a Software Engineer in 2001. Academically, Marcus holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gisma University of Applied Sciences and the Purdue Krannert Graduate Institute at the Daniels School of Business, as well as a Dipl.-Ing. degree from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
