Perdita Rogatty-Hilla

Perdita Rogatty-Hilla is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Finance & Controlling at novaCapta GmbH since August 2021, Perdita has a strong background in financial management, previously holding the position of Vorstandsreferentin at GIS AG (now part of novaCapta GmbH) from January 1996 to September 2021. Earlier in the career, Perdita worked in sales at Sartorius from August 1988 to September 1991. Educational qualifications include studies at Leuphana University of Lüneburg from September 1998 to September 1999 and at Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Göttingen from 1992 to 1995.
