Arturo Gallardo-Browning is a seasoned professional in economic development and disaster recovery, currently serving as a Sr. Business Consultant at NOVACES since September 2018. With extensive experience in logistics and international trade, Arturo has held various roles including Consultant from 2009 to 2022, Product Management Specialist at Integration Point, and Program Manager for the Virginia Leaders In Export Trade Program, where contributions significantly enhanced export promotion efforts in Virginia. Past positions include Executive Director at the Puerto Rico Export Council and Director of the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company's Commercial Office in Spain, focusing on attracting foreign direct investment.
