Jonathan Gilbert

Jonathan Gilbert has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jonathan'smost recent position was as a Software Systems Engineer at NovaCharge - Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, starting in July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an IoT Hardware Intern at Walt Disney World from January 2020 to April 2020. In this role, they analyzed and provisioned IoT hardware, conducted site surveys, and installed sensors on Disney property.

Before their time at Disney, Jonathan worked at nScrypt Inc. from September 2019 to December 2019 as a Software Developer, where they integrated computer vision with the fabrication of printed circuit boards and developed an application using OpenCV for real-time pick and place SMD component detection. Jonathan also served as a Printing Technician at nScrypt Inc. from January 2018 to August 2019, where they 3D printed unique plastics and conductive materials and maintained the functionality of nScrypt 3Dn-series CNC tools.

Jonathan's early work experience includes a role as a Technical Intern at Siemens from March 2017 to January 2018. In this role, they provided technical assistance to Siemens employees working in SAP, checked user's SAP ID and access roles to resolve issues, and provided ongoing support.

Jonathan Gilbert attended the University of Central Florida from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
