David Parker is the Chief Technology Officer at novaSOC and VP of Technology at Novacoast. With a background in computer consulting, radio station management, and IT infrastructure development, David excels in designing architecture for new products, breaking into new markets, and implementing innovative technologies. David holds a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Linguistics and an MA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
