Norma Rose

Norma Rose, CPIM, serves as Executive Administrator at Novacoast since October 2016, providing executive support to the CTO and Co-Founder of the international IT Professional & Development Services company. Previously, Norma held various administrative roles, including Sr. Administrative Assistant at Cottage Health, where support was given to the Population Health Vice President, and Sr. Administrative Assistant at QAD Inc., assisting the Chief Marketing Officer. Earlier experiences include providing executive support to CEOs and executives at United Way of Santa Barbara County, Vetronix Corporation, and Somera Communications. Norma holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from California State University, Northridge, and furthered education through UCSB Extension.
