Jonas Gabrielson

Jonas Gabrielson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jonas started their career in 2001 as a Senior-level Teacher at Brantingsskolan in Uppsala kommun, where they taught Mathematics, Mathematics for pupils with special needs, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. Jonas also mentored 20 students during their time there. In 2004, Jonas worked as a Researcher in Microbiology at Uppsala University, where they conducted research in the Structural Biology program. Their responsibilities included working with protein expression, purification, and crystallization for x-ray crystallography. In 2008, Jonas joined Semantix as a DTP Specialist, primarily focusing on layout and editing of clients' printed material. Jonas also handled original graphic design projects for the company and occasionally for clients. Following this, from 2004 to 2015, Jonas worked as a Graphic Designer at Trollskrift HB, where they handled various graphic design tasks, including book design, illustration, advertising, brand design, proofreading, and editing. Jonas was also responsible for managing printer contacts when necessary. Most recently, Jonas has been working at Novacura, starting in 2017. Jonas initially held the position of Solution Analyst, and in 2018, they were promoted to Solution Consultant.

Jonas Gabrielson began their education in 1992 at Uppsala University, where they pursued a Filosofie masterexamen (fil.mag.) degree in English Language and Literature, General. Jonas completed this degree in 1993. Jonas then went on to earn a M.Sc. degree in Biology from Uppsala University from 1994 to 2004. After a break in their studies, Jonas returned to academia in 2012 and attended Berghs School of Communication for a short time, studying Graphic Design. Jonas also enrolled at University West in 2012, focusing on Web Design, but did not complete a specific degree. Jonas Gabrielson ultimately completed their education at Uppsala University from 2014 to 2017, earning a Kandidatexamen degree in Systemvetenskap (Systems Science).
