Nirmani Wijesinghe

Nirmani Wijesinghe possesses extensive experience in human resources and HR systems management, currently serving as a TA Specialist and Assistant HR Manager at Novacura since December 2022. Prior to this role, Nirmani worked at IFS Sri Lanka from November 2015 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading the HRIS team in process improvements and overseeing the implementation of the HCM application. Nirmani's experience also encompasses positions as HR Executive at Accenture Lanka pvt ltd and Metropolitan Group of Companies, focusing on recruitment, training coordination, and support for global HR systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a professional qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
