Paul Phillips

Paul Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul started their career as a Quality Control Intern at Tilcon New York Inc. in 2009. In 2010, they interned as a Mine Engineer at Rio Tinto. Paul then joined Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. as a Temporary Summer Intern in 2011.

In 2012, Paul joined Covia and held various roles, including Supervisor Trainee, Production and Shipping Supervisor, Plant Superintendent, and Operations and Maintenance Business Process Owner. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Manager of Operations Support Services at Covia.

Since 2019, Paul has been working at Novacura, initially as a Sales Director. In 2020, they became the Director of Product Management Labs, and in 2022, they were promoted to Vice President of Product Management.

Paul Phillips attended Virginia Tech from 2008 to 2012, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
