Philippe Willemsen

Philippe Willemsen has extensive experience in the biotechnology industry, holding various management positions throughout their career. Philippe has worked at companies such as NOVADIP Biosciences S.A., Belgian Volition, Promethera Biosciences, Cardio3BioSciences, and Cilbiotech. Their roles have included Facilities, Supply Chain & subcontractors Management Director, CMC Development Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Expert Manufacturing, Senior Pilot Plant Manager, Business Development Project Manager, Production Manager, R&D Manager, and R&D Scientist. Their responsibilities have encompassed areas such as process industrialization, manufacturing, research and development, technology transfer, and vaccine production.

Philippe Willemsen completed their Master's degree in Sciences with a focus on Biochemistry at the University of Liège from 1992 to 1997. Philippe went on to further their education at the same institution, earning a PhD in Sciences in Biochemistry from 1998 to 2003.
