François-Henri Boissel

Co-founder & CEO at Novadiscovery

François-Henri Boissel is the co-founder and CEO of Novadiscovery, a de-risking technology provider specializing in in silico clinical trials. François-Henri started working at Novadiscovery in April 2010 and continues in that role. As CEO, they help biotech and pharma companies, academic research centers, and not-for-profit organizations utilize modeling and simulation to de-risk the research and development of new therapies.

In addition to their role at Novadiscovery, Boissel is also a board member of Avicenna Alliance, starting in 2016.

Prior to their current positions, Boissel worked at Lehman Brothers in the Structured Finance Group - Principal Finance. From July 2004 to September 2008, they specialized in asset-backed financing and participated in securitization deals across Europe and Asia. François-Henri developed expertise in financial engineering, deal structuring and execution, as well as credit and market risk analysis.

From 2001 to 2004, François-Henri Boissel pursued an MSc in Management with a focus on Finance & Economics at ESSEC Business School.
